FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE TREAT THE USER’S PERSONAL DATA?
Estancias Temporales treats the information provided by the User in order to attend to requests of various kinds made by the User. Depending on the nature of the request, the purpose will pursue the management of:

- Electronic communications of an informative nature, in accordance with your interests.
Estancias Temporales may develop a commercial profile, based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be made based on said profile.
In the event that the User registers in the Portal through the social login, Estancias Temporales will only access the personal data of the User for which they have given their consent during the configuration of the access of the social network in question. . Any information provided in connection with said social applications could be accessed by members of the corresponding social network, said interactions will be governed by the privacy policies of the entities that provide the services. Estancias Temporales does not have any control or responsibility regarding said entities or their use of user information.
FOR HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP THE USER’S PERSONAL DATA?
In general, the personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to meet the User’s request or as long as the User does not request its deletion. In the specific case of a CV, the data will be kept for a maximum period of three years, unless otherwise indicated by the interested party.
WHAT IS THE LEGITIMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF THE USER’S PERSONAL DATA?
The legal basis for the treatment of the data is the legitimation by consent of the User.
TO WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL THE USER’S PERSONAL DATA BE COMMUNICATED?
In those cases in which the User requests, through the web, service proposals or resumes are sent, their data will be provided to those Spanish companies affiliated to the Estancias Temporales network.
In those cases in which the User’s request so justifies it, the identifying data may be provided to other entities affiliated with the Estancias Temporales network, including those located outside the European Economic Area, for the sole purpose of meeting the request linked to the country of destination.
Likewise, the data may be transferred to administrations and public bodies for the fulfillment of obligations directly enforceable to Estancias Temporales.
WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS OF THE USER WHEN THEY PROVIDE US WITH YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The User has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Estancias Temporales processes personal data concerning him, as well as to access his personal data, request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons , the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
