3. What is the security deposit for?
The security deposit serves as a guarantee against possible damages to the apartment during your stay. It will be fully refunded at the end of your stay if all conditions are met.

4. What happens if I violate the terms of the contract?
Contract violations include smoking, damage to furniture, inappropriate behavior, and early departure without valid reasons. In such cases, the security deposit will not be refunded.

5. How will I receive my deposit refund?
The deposit refund will be processed via bank transfer to the account provided during your stay or via cash.

6. Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Yes, you can request an early check-in or late check-out, but these changes are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee of €50.

7. What is the process for canceling my reservation?
Reservations can be canceled prior to the signed contract’s end date with documented evidence of a valid reason. A deduction of €100 will be made from the deposit for any cancellation.

8. Are pets allowed in the apartments?
No, pets are not allowed in the apartments to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.

9. What if I need maintenance during my stay?
We offer a maintenance service for any necessary repairs or issues that may arise during your stay. Simply contact our support team for assistance.

10. Can I extend my stay?
Yes, you can extend your stay beyond the initially agreed-upon period. Please notify us at least one month in advance via email. If an extension is feasible, additional charges will be detailed in the contract.
